When choosing a photographer it is really important to choose someone whose images speak to you.. images you feel connected with. If my work does that to you, then I would love to tell you some ways you are getting the best of the best.
I take my time every step of the way to give you the best results. Sessions can be taking anywhere from 2 hours to 4 hours. I never rush a session or stop when I do not have the images I'm looking to get. I spend in total, anywhere from 20-35 hours on your session between the planning, preparations, the shooting, the editing, the proofing, the orders and more.
Safety is most important to me. I will never put your baby in danger. I will take all the proper precautions that are necessary to keep your baby, you and all the others I work with safe.
Now Last but definitely not the least important! Quality over quantity. Its an investment that will last forever. Each and every image I treat as the piece of art it is. Each image given the proper time and care. Each client is seen as important to me. I will start and resume your journey with Saffira Davids Photography as a happy Client.
Where does the session take place?

All the sessions take place at your home, we will bring the studio to your home. Don't worry about space, very little space is required. Excluding any outdoors sessions, these will take place at the Photographer's suggested locations. Studio space can be provided upon additional fee and at least Four weeks notice.

You should schedule your newborn session around your third trimester. I only take a limited number of due dates a month. Want to book a session and already gave birth? Still reach out to see if a spot might open up. But I Do not recommend to wait until you have your baby to schedule. Fully booked is full.

The Best way Is to Send and email to Saffiradavidsphtography@gmail.com. In this email you provide your information and the information of all the people involved in that particular session. Which services you are enquiring and any possible ideas on how you want your session personalized. Think about colors, themes and props you'd like to add. Feel free to send this email any time of the day, I always respond within the next business day within business hours.

Newborn sessions are best done when Your baby is 7 to 14 days old. And no later than 3 weeks old. Your baby is more sleepy and flexible during this early stage of their life. There is a lot of posing done during a newborn session, this way the baby sleeps through all of it and we get the cute amazing poses we love so much.

I will Provide everything, props, lights, outfits, accessories and anything needed for the session. Unless you want to incorporate an object of sentimental value. Once you book your session, I will provide a few guidelines on how to best prepare for your session and what to expect.

The best colors are neutral colors. Cream, pastel mostly one color. I do not recommend patterns or very bright colored clothing.
Something very simple so it doesn't take away from the baby. Most parents shots can be taken up from the waist and up, depending on your preference. We can discus this after booking your session and before the session takes place.

Sitter sessions are done when the babies are able to sit on their own.
Typical age range is anywhere between 6-9 months old.

You should book your session 6-8 weeks in advance to ensure date availability and to allow time for planning on custom designed themes you might like. As well as eventual shipment and post production.

You will receive your online proof gallery within 5-7 days from your session date. The final retouched digital photos will take an additional 7-14 days to be ready.

Though newborn sessions are the best during the first two weeks of life, the answer is No!
Its never too late for photographs of your little one. There may be limits on certain baby poses but ill be able to capture big smiles and more of their personalities. They are only this tiny once, so better later than never. And each image and age has its magical charm.

It's not a problem at all! I don't need lots of space or tons of light. If I would need more light ill have my studio lights with me. And I easily adapt to different spaces, bright or darker. Ill always find a spot that is workable, and I have lots of experience doing this.
